Pro Travels Refund Policy

At Pro Travels, we strive to provide a hassle-free car rental experience. However, we understand that plans may change, and we offer a flexible refund policy based on booking type and cancellation timelines.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period will be eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Early Returns & Unused Rental Days

Once a rental has started, no refunds will be issued for early returns or unused rental days.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
